  • Working hours: Mon - Fri (9AM - 6PM).
  • Salary based on experience.
  • Manage office administration and purchasing expenditure against budgeted petty cash allocation.
  • Manage employee compensation management and related internal communication.
  • Develop and effectively manage recruitment & placement strategies.
  • Disbursement of cheques for company expenses and issuing invoices, debit notes, credit notes.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize.
  • Monitor employees' attendance.
  • Updating employees' personal files (including annual leave and MC records).
  • Maintain office cleanliness and ensure its facilities is in good condition.
  • Handling travel arrangements (local and overseas travels), visas and accommodations for the company's stakeholders.
  • Arrange dispatch schedule, mailing & courier.
  • To assist in Company's events and activities.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of working in a startup environment.
Location: Shah Alam
Working Experience At least 1 year experience. Work Portfolio Optional.
Software/Tools Familiar with various office applications such as/or equivalent (but not limited to): Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Dropbox and Slack.

  • Has experience working in the traffic department at advertising agencies.
